About Expert Jobs Board

Expert Jobs Board is an independent, free-to-read list of remote contract roles for specialists: lawyers, tax and finance professionals, clinicians, and people with federal government or defense backgrounds. Each role gets its own page so you can judge it quickly.

Where the roles come from

Every role on this site is a public listing on micro1's job board. We read the listing, record its facts (title, pay, hours, location, openings and posting date) and write up the rest in our own words. We do not rebuild micro1's site, its application process or its other pages, and we do not show anything that is not on the listing.

What each role page contains

• The listing's facts, with the date we checked them.
• A short summary and the main tasks, reworded and condensed.
• What the listing asks for, split into required and preferred where the listing makes that split.
• Who the role is not for, and answers to a few common questions, taken only from the listing.
• An Apply button that goes to the role on micro1 through our referral link.

How we relate to micro1

This site is not run by micro1 and is not endorsed by it. We take part in micro1's referral program, so the Apply buttons carry our referral code and we may earn a reward if someone applies through them and meets the program's conditions. What we do not do

We do not promise that anyone will be hired, interviewed or paid a particular amount. Pay figures are the listings' own, shown as listed, and a role can change or close at any time. Read the original listing before you apply. We explain how pages are made and checked in the editorial policy.

A contact page is on its way and will be linked from the footer of every page. Until then, the checked date on each role page tells you how fresh our copy is.
