Affiliate disclosure

Short version: the Apply button on every role page is our referral link to micro1. If you apply through it and meet the conditions of micro1's referral program, we may earn a reward. It costs you nothing.

What the links are

Each role page links to the same role on micro1's job site. The link includes a referral code so that micro1 can tell the visit came from us. We mark these links as sponsored and nofollow in the page code, which is how search engines expect paid or affiliate links to be labeled.

What we may earn

micro1 runs a referral program. Under its terms, a person who refers a candidate may receive a reward once that candidate meets the program's conditions. Whether a reward is paid, and how much, is decided by micro1 under those terms. We do not show reward amounts on this site, and we do not know in advance whether any visitor will qualify.

What this does not change

  • Order of roles. Roles are ordered by date listed or by pay, as the page says. A reward never decides which role comes first or whether it appears.
  • What we say about a role. Pay, hours and requirements come from the listing. Where the listing is unclear or contradicts itself, we say so instead of choosing the more attractive figure.
  • Hiring decisions. We do not select, vet or recommend candidates, and micro1 makes its own decisions. Using our link does not improve or reduce your chances.
  • Your cost. You pay us nothing, and we ask for no personal details.

Where the disclosure appears

A short disclosure sits beside every Apply button, and the footer of every page repeats it. This page is the full version. Questions about how the program works belong with micro1, whose terms control the program.
