What to write to us about

• A detail on a role page that looks wrong or out of date, such as the pay, hours, location or number of openings.
• A role that has closed or changed.
• A sentence that doesn't match what the role says.
• A question about the board, the referral links or privacy.

What to include

Give the web address of the page and tell us what looks wrong, so we can find it fast. If you can, add a link to the role's application page that shows the difference. A short message is enough.

How we handle a correction

We open the role and compare it with our page. If our page is wrong, we fix it and update the date we last checked the details. If the role has closed, we remove the page. If the role and our page agree, we write back and say so.

Questions about an application or a payment

The hiring company runs applications, interviews, onboarding and payments. We don't see your application or your account, and we can't change a decision or look into a payment. Those questions go to the company.

Your message and your address

Your message and the address it comes from reach the person who runs the site, and we use them to reply. Please don't send passwords, identity numbers or payment details. We will never ask you for them. The privacy page covers what else the site collects.
